Chelberg Finance offers personal loans and microfinance to customers in Zambia. We built their website around the two things a borrower wants to do first: work out what a loan would cost, and start an application without having to walk into a branch.

A loan calculator lets someone model repayments before committing. The application flow collects what Chelberg needs in a structured order rather than as a loose enquiry, and a detailed FAQ answers the eligibility and documentation questions that would otherwise tie up staff on the phone. Everything a borrower needs to make a decision sits on one page, before they have spoken to anyone.
